Fees and Grading

 A full-time border must pay K 1,000,000 per term due at registration. Food and Lodging will be provided. Due to limited space in the Dormitory only men are allowed as full time students. At this time we have NO housing for married couples.

 A part-time border must pay K 10,000 per term if enrolled in all classes offered for that term due upon registration. The Student can stay in the dorm but must provide his own food.

** If a student is a part time boarder, they will be expected to participate in CTA (cross training activities) during the week, which will help them in the future.

ALL FEES must be paid before a student is allowed entry into a class:

100-90 -- A -- 5.0-4.0 -- P (pass) -- Credit
89-80 -- B -- 3.9-3.0 -- P (pass) -- Credit
79-70 -- C -- 2.9-2.0 -- P (pass) -- Credit
69-60 -- D -- 1.9-1.0 -- P (pass) -- Credit
59-below -- F -- 0 -- F (fail) -- No Credit

In order for a student to receive credit for a class, he must have passed the particular subject with a grade of 60% or higher. To graduate a student must have an overall Grade Point Average of 2.0 or higher or a 70% of higher final average.

Make-ups: Students have one week to make up tests and quizzes. Tests not made up within one week of the original test date will have 10 points deducted for each week that passes until they are made up. ALL TESTS AND QUIZES MUST BE MADE UP BEFORE THE FINAL EXAM IS GIVEN IN THAT PARTICULAR CLASS. It is the students responsibility to schedule the make-up with the teacher, not the teacher’s responsibility.
